Korea Express Company has signed a deal with Saigon Port to set up an equally-footing joint venture with the total invested of US$4 million.

The Korea-SaigonPortjoint venture will provide logistics, warehouse, transport, and repair services. The company has also won a contract to provide logistic and container loading services at Posco Group’s port in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.

Nguyen Uyen Minh, director of Ba Ria-Vung Tau branch of SaigonPort, said that the joint venture will finish procedures and start operating one month later.
